The opportunity:
Support Engineering team to make work instruction / VSM / F-FMEA. Measure & analysis routing time to balance line activity
How you'll make an impact:
You will be making & update work instructions and training operators, making sure all changes of process are up to date to work instruction.You will support to measure routing time to balance line.You will work on process improvement initiatives to increase effectiveness of manufacturing process and methods.You will coordinate any rework activities as needed and support product care to do P-FMEA.You will attend production meeting to support production line in ensuring production output as per production plan, conduct another task as assigned by immediate Manager.Living Hitachi Energy's core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines. Your background:
University Graduate in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.Comprehensive knowledge on manufacturing process and good computer skills (Microsoft, Word, Excel, Power Point).Able to work independently and structurally, strong analytical thinking and good at time management.Good command of English.
