Position Overview We are seeking a Director of Engineering & Co-Founder to become part of building the most efficient and joyful place for medical providers to treat a patient online. You will be responsible for leading our vision and strategy on how to use technology to have the lowest total cost of care in the industry for treating a patient owning and developing the entire tech stack of the Cascade platform incl. Integration and oversight of AI/ML models. Tech Stack: React Native, Typescript/Node.JS, Javascript, Python, Terraform, AWS, FHIR, ChatGPT, Medplum attracting and leading an AAA dev team Requirements You have successfully built technology from scratch in a high-performance environment You are an experienced full stack developer and still very hands-on You enjoy mentoring and leading other engineers You believe AI will fundamentally change our world and healthcare in particular Compensation Highly attractive co-founder share package Salary Range $150k-200k Comprehensive health plan: Competitive medical, and vision packages, together with 401k matching Work hard and rest well: Fifteen days of paid-time-off (PTO) every year plus federal holidays off
