What you'll do:
As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for managing Eaton's on-site operations from site preparation through construction, testing, and commissioning. You will represent Eaton and the Project Manager on-site, ensuring safety, quality, and timely delivery of all activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate daily on-site activities (Eaton teams & subcontractors)Ensure compliance with EHS and quality standardsAct as the on-site representative of the Project ManagerLead site meetings focused on planning, safety, and coordinationMonitor progress, resources, and performanceProvide regular updates and highlight risksSupport testing, commissioning, and handover activitiesIdentify and document additional work or scope changes Qualifications:
Experience in installation & commissioningExperience managing electrical works on construction sites (medium to large scale)Experience in Data Center projectsKnowledge of health, safety, and quality management systemsAbility to read and interpret technical drawings and documentationExperience with MS Office and MS Project Skills:
