Partner with senior communicators to support day-to-day executive communications needsOwnership over library of key divisional facts and figures to support communications across the PW Comms teamSupport internal events and leadership forums through content development and logisticsSupport publishing and distribution across internal and external platformsMaintain editorial calendars, content trackers, and team documents Who we're looking for
Strong writing and editing skills with a focus on clarity and simplicityExceptional attention to detail and quality controlStrong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deliverables simultaneouslyTeam player with a willingness to jump in and support across prioritiesWilling to get up to speed quickly on the business and key stakeholders Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate communications, employee engagement, or marketing communications.Bachelor's degree (B.A./B.Com/B.M.M.) in Communications, Journalism, English, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field a plus.Proficient skills in communication tools and platforms like SharePoint, MS Teams, Canva, and content management systems a plus.
