Key Responsibilities:
Serve as a resource to further the engagement with advisors around listed and OTC derivatives, structured solutions, and overlaysCollaborate with advisors to identify client objectives and align solutions using OTC and options-based strategiesProvide education, thought leadership, and consultative support to increase advisor confidence and adoptionBring a structured operating mindset to the Capital Markets businessLead the development and execution of strategic initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and scalabilityLead and manage large-scale projects that span multiple business functions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and delivering significant impactHelp identify key business opportunities and challenges, employing innovative solutions to address them both tactically and strategicallyDevelop comprehensive business cases and project plans to capitalize on these opportunitiesPrepare and deliver executive reports, presentations, business materials, leader updates, and communications for diverse audiencesAutomate and streamline manual controlsLeverage cross-functional relationships and deep business knowledge to influence outcomes with agility Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
10+ years of experience managing projects in a client-focused environmentKnowledge of wealth management products brokerage and advisoryProficiency in options pricing, payoff analysis, risk management, and portfolio construction.Experience working directly with advisors, portfolio managers, or client-facing teams in a consultative capacity.Demonstrated ability to bridge technical expertise with commercial outcomes.Ability to analyze business opportunities and develop actionable business/project plans with strong business casesOutstanding ability to communicate effectively and confidently, both verbally and in writing including the ability to articulate complex ideas simply, with extensive Powerpoint experienceSkilled in applying quantitative and strategic approach to complex problemsExcellent interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to interact with colleagues at all levels and collaborate across teamsExcellent problem-solving skills, ability to prioritize and delegate, comfortable managing dynamic and complex workBachelor's degree, Series 7 and Series 66 licensed
