About this role
We're hiring a Tender Specialist to lead the full tendering lifecycle and drive business growth through winning proposals. If you thrive on analyzing complex requirements, crafting competitive bids, and delivering solutions that balance profitability with customer value, this role is for you.
What will you do? Lead and manage the end-to-end tendering process for both simple and complex projects. Review and analyze customer RFQs, technical specifications, and commercial requirements. Prepare accurate cost estimates and commercial proposals for CapEx and OpEx opportunities. Develop competitive pricing strategies and define winning tender approaches. Create and maintain tender documentation in accordance with company standards and policies. Evaluate commercial risks, contractual terms, and profitability throughout the bidding process. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, and Project Management, to develop optimal customer solutions. Ensure all proposals comply with internal governance, quality standards, and approval processes. Support continuous improvement of tender management processes and best practices. Provide guidance and review the work of colleagues when required, particularly for non-routine or escalated issues. What are the key skills we are looking for? Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience. Experience in Tender Management, Proposal Management, Bid Management, Commercial Operations, Sales Support, or a related field. Experience preparing commercial proposals, quotations, and cost estimates. Strong understanding of commercial terms, contracts, and risk assessment. Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting tight deadlines. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. What qualifications will make you successful? Experience in the electrical, energy, automation, infrastructure, or data center industry. Experience with EPC projects or large-scale industrial projects. Knowledge of commercial contracts and financial analysis. Business-level English communication skills. What You'll Do

You will prioritize your work independently within established policies and procedures, make informed decisions regarding your own responsibilities, and occasionally coach or review the work of other professionals. Your contributions will directly impact business growth, contract wins, customer satisfaction, and overall financial performance.
