This role requires the ability to work lawfully in the U.S. without employment-based immigration sponsorship, now or in the future. Are you prepared to take on the planning and directing of Spectrum's investigative and physical security functions? If so, the Manager, Corporate Physical Security role could be a fit for you.
In this role, you will be accountable for implementing security strategies, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations, and overseeing investigators and security specialists. You'll represent Spectrum's corporate security on various committees, conduct briefings with management and law enforcement, and develop comprehensive security programs.

Oversee daily operations of investigative and physical security personnel in the regionTrack activities, incidents, and assess physical security needsDevelop relationships and act as a liaison with project integratorsManage facility security assessments and ensure compliance with standards and proceduresCultivate the security team by assigning responsibilities and managing accountabilityCoordinate finances for capital security projects with departmental programsDevelop standards for physical security projects to protect personnel, assets, and informationEnsure effective implementation and maintenance of security programs and strategies Working Conditions
Office environmentUp to 30% travel with the ability to work hours outside of normally scheduled shift with little or no advance notification required
