About the Team
The Global Employment Law team delivers support across US, EMEA, and APAC regions. Our team collaborates globally to balance compliance with business needs. We enable Zoom's people-first culture while managing risk effectively.
Responsibilities
Advising on employment law matters across multiple EMEA jurisdictions, including employee relations, terminations, and disputesPartnering with HR and business leaders to develop compliant policies, processes, and training programsManaging employment litigation strategy and coordinating with external counsel on complex mattersSupporting cross-border projects including reorganizations, M&A transactions, and Works Council engagementsBuilding trusted relationships with stakeholders across Legal, People Experience, and business teamsStay up to date, and advise as needed, on legal developments across EMEA and APAC What We're Looking For
Fully qualified lawyer in a European jurisdiction with 3-5 years of post-qualification experienceDemonstrate expertise in international employment law in EMEAWillingness to learn and grow into supporting APAC jurisdictions.Translate complex legal concepts into clear, practical, and commercially aligned adviceNavigate sensitive employee relations matters with sound judgment and discretionManage competing priorities and workstreams in a dynamic environmentCollaborate effectively across legal, compliance, and HR functions to drive alignmentBring prior in-house experience or secondment with a global businessPossess prior experience advising technology companies on employment matters Salary Range or On Target Earnings:
Minimum: €82,200.00
Maximum: €143,900.00
