Assistant Vice President - Sr. Counsel - Legal Shared Services Team
We are currently hiring a transactional lawyer to join the Legal Shared Services Team, with verifiable experience in Trading and Markets and/or Restructuring teams in big law firms or in the legal department of banks, financial institutions, fintechs or similar.
Job Requirements:
Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a variety of corporate documents and agreements with clients, including without limitation, non-disclosure agreements, cooperation agreements, syndicated loans, secured and unsecured credit agreements, transaction support agreements, and LSTA/LMA secondary loan trading documentation.Primary point of contact for associate lawyers; key decision-maker and proactive problem-solver for a broad range of stakeholders.Ability to work independently. Engage in other special projects, as needed. Qualifications:
Law Degree and admission to practice is requiredStrong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environmentComfort with technology and willingness to learn and utilize registration statement software to perform work functionsDemonstrated ability to work on multiple priorities at any given momentDemonstrated ability to communicate with multiple business and support groupsDemonstrated ability to make decisions and solve problems with short noticeStrong writing and communication skillsStrong organizational skills and attention to detailProficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, Litera Workshare Compare.
