What You Will Do:
Actively work to meet monthly goals for N.C. Operations ScorecardProcessing of Customer Billings and Credits ensuring accuracy and complianceManage Daily Cash Box and deposits of checks receivedReview monthly aging Will Call orders and their disposition.Review and process Return GoodsReview transfer discrepanciesFile and Track carrier/vendor freight claimsResolve Vendor Shipping DiscrepanciesOther duties as assigned What You Will Bring:
Accurate, dependable, and detail-orientedExcellent written and verbal communication skillsCommitted to 100% accuracy and doing tasks right the first time (DIRTFT)Excellent customer service skillsExperience with O365 products-Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.General understanding of Eclipse and SWMS Self-motivated and a problem solver Physical Requirements and Work Environment:
Heavy phone and computer useOffice environment, mainly seated at a deskSome lifting up to 25 lbs.Usual 40-hour work week Monday through Friday.Requires regular and reliable on-site attendance Additional Requirements:
