Education, Licenses, Certifications:
High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.
This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
Experience:
6-8 years (Diploma)Hands-on experience in machine shop maintenance 1. Technical Skills
Strong knowledge of:CNC machine mechanicsHydraulics & pneumaticsBearings, lubrication systemsFamiliar with:Machine leveling & alignmentDrawings & machine manualsBasic PLC/controls coordination (preferred) 2. Behavioral Competencies

1) Diploma in Mechanical engineering.
2) Knowledge of Machine tools, manufacturing fundamentals.
3) Good Communication skills & Knowledge of Computer operating
4) Good Analytical skills with proactive approach
5) Team player & Basic knowledge of Health & safety
6) Knowledge of Basic PLC, Electrical drawings reading, Electrical troubleshooting, KUKA & FANUC robots troubleshooting, CNC controller Knowledge will have added advantage.
7) Basic Knowledge of TPM, 5S, RCA techniques etc.
