Currently located in Titchfield, Hampshire, Eaton's Aerospace business is a global leader in Aerospace fuel systems. We are currently recruiting for a Repairs Technician
What you'll do:
Carry out strip-down, rebuild, testing, and fault diagnosis on electrical, pump, and mechanical unitsSupport the achievement of turnaround times on key civil and military contract units through efficient and effective practicesEnsure compliance with safe working practices and site regulationsCollaborate with engineers and the wider team to improve quality, cost, and delivery performanceWork flexibly, using your own initiative while being a strong team player Skills:
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent problem-solving capabilities
Effective teamwork and clear communication
Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks efficiently
Qualifications:
City and Guilds/National certificate in an engineering discipline.
Time-served apprenticeship or equivalent experiemce
What you'll do:
Strip, Build, Test and fault diagnosis of Electrical, Pump, Mechanical units Help to achieve and turn around times on key civil & military contract units through effective and efficient practices. Adhere to safe working practices and site regulations Assist with Engineers and Team to improve quality, cost and delivery targets. Be a team player, able to work under own initiative and flexible to changing demands
Qualifications:
City and Guilds/National certificate in an engineering discipline.
Time-served apprenticeship or equivalent experience
Skills:
BTEC level 2/3 in an engineering discipline OR Equivalent time spent and Experience gained in a similar environment
