What's the role?
As a Senior HR Compliance Coordinator, you play a key role in strengthening how HERE manages HR compliance, audit readiness and risk across the organization. You act as a central owner for compliance related projects, bringing clarity to complex topics and helping teams understand what matters and what needs to be in place.
Own and manage HR compliance projects from scoping through to executionPrepare and support internal and external audits, including documentation and readiness checksIdentify and manage HR risks, and track mitigation actions in line with enterprise risk guidelinesHelp shape and improve processes by pinpointing what matters most for compliance and auditsMaintain and evolve HR policies, keeping them clear, structured and audit readyPartner with HR, Trust, Risk, Legal and other business teams on compliance topics and policy developmentExplore how AI can improve compliance processes and efficiency, for example through simple tools, automations or dashboards
