Job Summary
The Center Director plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our childcare centers by providing flexible, responsive support across various center functions. This position involves assisting with daily center activities, supporting staff and families, and helping maintain a safe, engaging environment for children. The role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute directly to the well-being and development of children while supporting the overall success of our centers.
Responsibilities
Support center staff with daily operations, including classroom activities and administrative tasksAssist in maintaining a safe and clean environment that promotes learning and developmentEngage positively with children, families, and team members to foster a welcoming atmosphereHelp coordinate activities, events, and transitions throughout the day to ensure smooth flowSupport compliance with licensing regulations, safety standards, and company policiesCommunicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding their child's day-to-day experiencesParticipate in ongoing training and team meetings to stay aligned with best practices Skills
