Role Overview

The Administrative Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to GCIB senior leader(s), ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and effective management of schedules, communications, and priorities. This role requires strong organizational skills, discretion, attention to detail, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage complex and evolving calendars, including scheduling internal and external meetingsCoordinate travel arrangements and process expense reportsServe as a point of contact for internal stakeholders and external partnersPrepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and meeting materialsSupport meeting logistics, including agendas, materials, and follow-upsMaintain organization of documents, files, and recordsAssist with ad-hoc projects and administrative initiatives as neededHandle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism Qualifications

3+ years of experience in an administrative or executive assistant roleStrong organizational and time-management skills with keen attention to detailExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to prioritize effectively and manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyHigh level of professionalism, judgment, and discretionProficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel Preferred Skills

Experience supporting senior leadersPrior exposure to financial services or a corporate environmentAbility to anticipate needs and proactively solve problems Shift: 1st shift (United States of America)

Pay and benefits information

Pay range

$25.00 - $52.34 hourly pay, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.

Discretionary incentive eligible

This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan.
