About this role

As a Working Student in our JPMorganChase Geneva office, you will be offered variety, growth, and a great introduction to a range of projects and tasks, and will have extensive exposure to daily operations of a leading financial institution. The program is designed to provide a fixed-term on the job experience and you will be expected to be available to work for 19.5h/week onsite in Geneva.

Job responsibilities

Partners with Sales executives to support Sales business in all its aspectsManages reporting tasksHandles adhoc client requests and sends information materials, including mailings and periodic reporting to clientsMaintains CRM tools and mailing lists to ensure data accuracy and smooth communication flowsPrepared product presentations and supports the marketing team in pre-event tasksKeeps close contact with product specialists and other teams around the world to facilitate a smooth information flow Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Switzerland during the entire duration of the program and graduating in October 2028 at the earliestFluency in EnglishFluency in FrenchProficiency in MS Office applicationsStrong organizational, analytical, and communication skillsStrong attention to detail and commitment to high quality workAbility to prioritize and multi-task Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Demonstrated interest in Business Administration, Management, Governance, Finance, Economics, Wealth Management, Law, Accounting, Audit or similarFluency in GermanKnowledge and interest in banking, finance, and/or investment fundsKnowledge of coding and/or large language models Please submit your CV in English to be considered for the role.
