At a Glance You're a motivated graduate student with a 3.0 GPA or higher seeking a degree in one of the following areas listed below from an accredited college or university:Organizational ScienceThis is a learning-intensive program designed to give you essential business insights and hands-on experience The Spectrum Internship Experience You'll join one of our departments for the summer, where you'll contribute to meaningful projects that give you insight into what it's like to work at a leading connectivity company. You'll have access to: Opportunities to gain new skills and elevate the ones you already have, all in a robust and forward-thinking business setting.Build connections with our team members and senior leaders who can help you better understand what our business looks like and what it's like to work here.Receive mentorship from a member of our team, who can provide one-on-one advice to help you reach your professional goals.

What you can expect in this role

Support the design of Talent Management department, including, but not limited to: Design and develop Team Effectiveness offeringsDevelop + deliver measurement for Team Effectiveness offeringsProvide administrative support in portal for assessments used in Team Effectiveness solutionsSupport in other Talent Management departments such as Key Talent Development, mentoring

Required qualifications Must be currently enrolled in an accredited College or University completing a advanced degreeMust have at least a 3.0 GPA or greater in current programAbility to travel locally to Spectrum intern development events and activities throughout the programAuthorization to work in the U.S. without restrictions or need for future sponsorship Preferred qualifications Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks.Analytical skillsCollaboration skillsCommunication skills - verbal and writtenDrives results through effective project and time managementProficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access #LI-WP1 GGN100 2026-78145 2026
