We are looking for an Intern, Business Technology Program Management to join our growing Business Technology Team; this is a rare opportunity to own a high-visibility project from day one and directly shape how our team works. You won't just be crunching numbers, you'll be uncovering hidden patterns in our operational data, building intelligent systems to make sense of it, and turning your findings into solutions leadership will act on.
In this role, You will also be responsible to:Partnering with team leads to explore operational data across multiple sub-teams and turn it into something usableClassify and categorize data to surface patterns, and build an automated process to maintain itQuantify the trends and benchmarks that address the operational questions the business is askingIdentify and document the underlying drivers of operational load, supported by data evidencePropose solutions, including AI-driven and automation-based approaches where appropriate, and define how their success will be measuredDesign and build a live tracker that continues to surface insights beyond the initial analysisManage the work as a program: set milestones, align stakeholders, and document your approachRequirements
Qualifications / Experience / Technical SkillsCurrently pursuing a degree/masters in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related quantitative fieldStrong interest in data, project management, and Agile methodologiesExperience with Jira, Confluence, or similar project management tools is a plusWorking knowledge of data analysis and visualization techniquesInterest in AI and its practical application to real business problemsProactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvementWorking knowledge of data analysis and visualization, and comfort handling large, varied datasetsSoft Skills / Personal CharacteristicsProactive and comfortable working through ambiguity, with a mindset geared toward continuous improvementStrong communicator, able to translate complex findings into clear, actionable insightsThinks analytically and grounds recommendations with evidence rather than assumptionTakes ownership of their work and is genuinely curious about the reasoning behind the dataInterested in emerging AI tools and how they can be applied in practice(REQ ID: 2903)
