Lead the end to end monthly compensation processing for all sales teamsFacilitate compensation plan creation, administration, payout, and reportingAnalyze sales data to evaluate the effectiveness of existing compensation plans, make recommendations, and improve compensation structuresBuild and update our compensation tool, Anaplan, for compensation processing and reportingEnsure our compensation plans comply with relevant laws, regulations, company policies, and auditCommunicate compensation plans and changes to the sales team, providing clarity on how they are rewarded for their performance. In The Americas, we have three geographic pay zones. For this role, our current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are: Zone A: $128,700 - $168,025 Zone B: $115,830 - $151,223 Zone C: $106,821 - $139,461

Expertise in designing, managing, and launching new compensation plansExperience in change management and influencing complex decisionsApproach complex problems with a balance of data and insightsSuccessful senior stakeholder engagement and partnership, especially salesData and visualization skills (excel/tableau/sql/anaplan) and storytellingMinimum 3-6 years SaaS experience in operations Benefits & Perks
