About the Role
Join the Autonomous Mobility & Delivery (AM&D) team to launch and scale autonomous deployments across DACH. This role sits at the center of Uber's operating model and requires strong cross-functional execution across Operations, Marketplace, Product, Engineering, Fleet Ops, Legal, Policy, Safety, Marketing, and external AV partners.
You will own launch readiness, testing coordination, issue resolution, partner management, and ongoing marketplace performance. The role requires strong internal navigation, ownership, and the ability to drive execution end to end.
Responsibilities Own launch readiness for AV deployments across DACHCoordinate dependencies across local Ops, central Ops, Marketplace, Product, Engineering, Fleet Ops, and other stakeholdersLead pre-launch testing and configuration validation; track, escalate, and resolve issuesRun launch and operational cadences; track milestones and ensure executionAnalyze market and partner performance; identify root causes and implement improvementsManage AV partners and fleet operators against timelines, commitments, and performance targetsBuild scalable processes, operating rhythms, and launch playbooks Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experienceNear native level of German, fluent English4+ years in operations, strategy and operations, consulting, marketplace operations, program management, or similarStrong analytical skillsProven experience driving cross-functional execution Preferred Qualifications Strong understanding of Uber marketplace dynamics, launch processes, and internal toolsExperience working with Product and Engineering teamsExperience managing external partners in performance-driven environmentsExperience in autonomous mobility, robotics, or transportation technologyAdvanced SQL and strong analytical capabilityMandarin language skills Ready to Ride?
