About the Role:
CrowdStrike Services is seeking a Platform Associate Resident Consultant who would be responsible for the planning, deployment, implementation, and operational support of the CrowdStrike Falcon platform and related applications. The Platform Associate Resident Consultant will have responsibility for all aspects of the deployment from the initial customer engagement, planning, installation, optimization/utility and follow-on customer support for the CrowdStrike platform & applications.
What You'll Do:
Customer Partnership & StrategyServe as the primary technical advisor for assigned strategic customer accountsDevelop and maintain trusted advisor relationships with customer security teams and leadershipUnderstand customer security operations workflows, use cases, and business objectivesMentor customer teams on Falcon best practices and threat hunting techniquesTechnical Implementation & OptimizationProviding technical implementation, configuration, and troubleshooting assistance with the deployment of the CrowdStrike Falcon platform and associated applicationsAssisting customer with operationalizing all modules of the Falcon platformTroubleshoot customer issues across small to large enterprisesUtilize and engineer native and 3rd party software deployment technologiesDevelop scripting and application solutions using Falcon APIsCustomer project planning and statusWork closely and collaboratively with customer information technology teamsLeveraging CrowdStrike applications (Exposure Management, for example) provide support to customers in vulnerability and asset managementAssist customers with the integration of CrowdStrike into existing toolsSupport both Incident Response and Compromise Assessment teams with deployment of Falcon and Falcon Forensics CollectorsWork closely and collaboratively with Professional Services team to develop customer facing collateralAbility to travel up to 25% of the timeProven experience utilizing AI technologies to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows and processes, improve efficiency and drive business outcomes.What You'll Need:
