RESPONSIBILITIES
About the role:
In this role you will:
Duties include assisting in the development and support of complex models, analysis, and reporting related to remarketing pricing and cash flow projectionsAd hoc research projects incorporating project design, data collection and analysis, summarization of findingsSupport recommendations for operational policies and procedures; ensure team compliance with such policies and proceduresProvide analytical support for auction optimization and related operational metricsAid with the evaluation of Remarketing Solutions programs for GM Financial off-lease vehicles and GM Certified Pre-Owned programs as it pertains to corporate profitabilityProvide analytical support as needed to evaluate strategic corporate remarketing projects and initiatives as it pertains to corporate profitability
QUALIFICATIONS

Knowledge of finance, statistics, accounting and/or financial servicesKnowledge of financial concepts such as ROA, ROE, IRR and cash flow modelingKnowledge with data mining tools such as Access, SAS and SQLKnowledge of PC software applications such as Excel, Word and PowerPointKnowledge of auto finance industryWorking knowledge of dealer and reporting systemsUnderstanding of products and related work processes in area of responsibilityKnowledge of GM Financials core business functionsAbility to manage multiple tasks and deadlinesIntermediate skills in SAS, SQLDetail orientedCritical thinkingIntermediate time managementIntermediate analytical skillsIntermediate quantitative skillsAbility to ensure data integrityIntermediate written and oral skillsTeamworkDemonstrated ability to apply financial and statistical principlesCaptive/OEM experience preferredDemonstrated progressive experience in automotive or auto finance role preferred Additional Knowledge and Skills

Ability to use AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot) to support daily workSkills in evaluating AI outputs for accuracy, compliance, and biasExperience integrating AI into workflows to improve efficiency or insightsFamiliarity with AI assisted research, summarization, and content generationUnderstanding of responsible AI use, including ethics and data protection Work Experience & Education
