Job Description Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Lean Operations / Continuous Improvement Intern to support key operational excellence initiatives within our plant environment. Job Description

Key Responsibilities Support the implementation of Daily Management utilizing iObeya (New Daily Management Software)Assist with digital Lean initiatives using tools such as Power BI, Excel, SmartsheetSupport problem-solving activities using Lean methodologiesAssist tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify opportunities for improvementProvide support for BiQ (Built in Quality) rollout initiativesConduct data gathering, tracking, and analysis to support lean and operational improvement projectsParticipate in Kaizen events to improve Safety, Quality and DeliveryHelp identify process improvement opportunities and support execution of action plansCollaborate with plant teams and stakeholders to ensure successful deployment of continuous improvement initiatives like 5S, Value Stream Mapping, Standard Work to improve workplace organization, efficiency, and safety This is not a "sit-behind-a-desk" internship. The selected candidate will spend significant time on the production floor interacting with operations, maintenance, quality, engineering, and leadership teams.

Start date September to December

Qualifications Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Business, or a related fieldStrong interest in lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, and plant operationsAnalytical mindset with the ability to collect, organize, and interpret dataStrong communication and teamwork skillsProficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other basic data/reporting toolsAbility to work in a fast-paced manufacturing or operational environment with cross-functional teams
