LEAD INVENTORY SPECIALIST (FALCON) - 2ND SHIFT RESPONSIBILITIES: Support daily/weekly team meetings by participating in ways to help the team improve Oversee daily shift backlogs. Maintain continual oversight to RFI backlogs and incoming backlogs to ensure compliance to metric targets Re-assign daily shift resources to meet demands Provide input to employees' performance Function as focal point for area group production coordinators and priorities Participate in adding to the area’s to-do lists for improvement projects Fulfill resource gaps when shifts are short-handed Mentor employees to meet supervisor expectations for the job Train continuously to improve the workers' skills Monitor department consumables a
