If you are a strong digital content strategist, writer and editor, the J.P. Morgan Wealth Management Content team invites you to join our team in creating distinct and compelling content to enhance J.P. Morgan Wealth Management's digital presence on Chase.com's \"The Know\" and JPMorgan.com's \"Perspectives.\" If you are a subject matter expert in finance, are passionate about financial literacy and have extensive writing and/or journalism experience with a strong creative streak, this is the opportunity for you.

As a Content Editor (Senior Associate) on the J.P. Morgan Wealth Management Content team, you will write and edit investing, personal finance, and market commentary content across key strategic initiatives. You will lead major editorial projects end-to-end while partnering with thought leaders, product teams, marketers, and communicators across the firm. You will apply performance insights and editorial best practices to deliver high-quality, timely, and compliant content.

Job responsibilities:

Collaborate with content leads to create educational articles for clients and prospectsWrite original investing and personal finance content tailored for digital audiencesEdit and refine articles to ensure clarity, accuracy, voice, and brand consistencyPartner with freelancers and in-house subject matter experts to develop copy across formatsProduce content for web articles, emails, newsletters, and related campaign placementsCoordinate with thought leaders, specialists, and business/product stakeholders to shape narrativesLeverage existing materials from across J.P. Morgan lines of business to inform new contentOwn KPI tracking and progress monitoring for assigned content workstreamsReport performance results with support from data & analytics partners to inform decisionsEstablish editorial best practices for freelancers, including style and training materialsManage multiple strategic content initiatives simultaneously while meeting deadlines Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:

Hold a Bachelor's degreeBring 6+ years of digital writing/editing experience in media or financial services environmentsDemonstrate subject-matter strength across investing, trading, retirement, and wealth management topicsApply strong storytelling skills to make complex financial concepts approachable and engagingOperate with high organization and collaboration across teams and stakeholdersUse data and analytics platforms to make performance-informed editorial decisionsCommunicate clearly in writing and verbally, including presenting information professionally Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills:

Apply SEO/GEO best practices to content ideation, drafting, and optimizationNavigate complex organizations with strong stakeholder management skillsProduce or edit financial news or market-coverage content in fast-paced cyclesUtilize Adobe and/or Tableau (or similar analytics tools) to interpret content performanceLeverage Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word) efficiently in daily workflowHold relevant financial credentialsDemonstrate experience building repeatable editorial processes (e.g., style guides, training, QA)
