Job Summary

Work closely with the sales, technical and channel teams, regional marketing and shared services teams, to drive impactful customer journeys, build/ execute integrated marketing experiences to serve and delight customers and their cybersecurity needs.

Develop and execute a comprehensive integrated marketing strategy, aligning with the country business plan and leveraging data insights. and provide program measurement and reports of the sameDrive pipeline growth across Enterprise and Mid-Market Accounts through integrated marketing programs designed to influence and accelerate opportunities within priority verticalsDesign tailored experiences, including white-glove and micro experiences personalized to the preferences and needs of C-suite customersPartner with BDR team to align, discover and deploy top-performing tactics to create, develop, and close qualified leads and opportunities, and communicate program status, action items, results reporting, and deliverables across marketing and salesCollaborate with the channel marketing team to map joint marketing efforts with key partnersManage marketing budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROIOwnership and communication of clear program timeline, status, action items, results, and deliverables across stakeholdersChampion an AI-first GTM approach, using AI-driven insights and automation to enhance targeting, personalization, and scalability across campaignsEnsuring brand consistency and integrated storytelling across all marketing activities, amplifying our value proposition through field, partner, PR and ecosystem channels.Collaborating with regional marketing teams to localize global programs and best practices that fit the local market context and business objectives. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required7+ years in a field, channel, demand-generation, or campaign marketing role, preferably in the B2B high tech/ IT/ cybersecurity industryDeadline-driven, organized, and able to adapt to the rapid business and organizational demands of a high-growth environmentComfortable making strategic marketing and investment recommendations and influencing stakeholders, ability to provide consultative input to senior sales leadersExperience owning and executing integrated marketing plans and programs with an understanding of marketing mix performance that are mapped to business goals, and with demonstrated success in building pipeline and revenue impactStrong experience and enthusiasm for leading and partnering with sale, cross-functional teams, external vendors and agenciesData-driven mindset - Hands-on experience in using data insights to plan, analyse, track and report on campaigns ROI and conversionExperience leveraging AI tools to automate, personalize, and scale marketing activities is highly desirableExperience driving account-based marketing (ABM) or vertical-focused programs in collaboration with sales and partnersHands-on experience with managing events and trade shows, with a deep understanding of event planning from strategy, budgeting, execution and following throughNot afraid to roll up your sleeves to work on what needs to get done - list uploads, creative projects, data cleaning etc Our Commitment
