Job Description
We're looking for a Sr. Manager Finance Treasury, Credit & Collection to join our finance team in México, Mexico. In this strategic leadership role, you will oversee all treasury operations, credit management, and collections activities while driving financial optimization and risk mitigation across the organization. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional analytical capabilities, decisive leadership, and a strong commitment to operational excellence in managing our financial resources and stakeholder relationships.
Develop and execute comprehensive treasury strategies to optimize cash flow, liquidity management, and working capital efficiencyOversee credit risk assessment, approval processes, and credit limit management to minimize exposure while supporting business growthDesign and implement collections strategies and processes to maximize accounts receivable recovery and reduce days sales outstandingManage banking relationships, negotiate terms, and maintain compliance with banking covenants and financial agreementsAnalyze financial data and market conditions to provide forecasting, modeling, and strategic recommendations to senior leadershipLead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team, establishing clear performance metrics and accountability standardsEnsure compliance with all applicable financial regulations, accounting standards, and internal control requirementsMonitor and report on key performance indicators related to treasury, credit, and collections functionsManage departmental budgets and identify opportunities for cost optimization and process improvementCollaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, operations, and accounting to align financial objectives with business strategy
Qualifications
8+ years of progressive experience in treasury management, credit management, or collections operationsProven track record in cash flow optimization, working capital management, and liquidity planningStrong expertise in credit risk analysis, credit policy development, and accounts receivable managementDemonstrated experience leading and managing finance teams in a matrix or complex organizational environmentAdvanced proficiency in financial analysis, forecasting, and modelingProficiency with ERP systems and financial management software platformsStrong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting standards, and internal control frameworksExcellent negotiation and relationship management skills with banking institutions and external stakeholdersAdvanced Excel skills and experience with financial data analysis toolsExceptional organizational and project management abilities with strong attention to detailAnalytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex financial data and drive data-informed decisionsExcellent communication skills in English; Spanish language proficiency is preferredExperience in international finance or multicurrency treasury operations is preferredFamiliarity with credit rating agencies and debt management is a plus
