About this role
We're looking for a Payroll Analyst that is responsible for the execution of the day-to-day payroll process. Deliver a highly accurate and timely payroll to our athletes. Partner with key stakeholders to develop and deliver a seamless end-to-end process that results in an excellent employee experience. Continuously look for ways of working that will eliminate manual work and result in stronger controls and efficiencies.
What You Will Work On
Compile/reconcile data from a wide variety of sources (e.g. Workday, time sheets, tax deposits, etc.) for payroll processingReview/reconcile payroll input/output results using established practices and proceduresSubmit timely and accurate payroll and statutory obligations, such as tax and social securityEnsure payroll outsourcing partners are maintaining service level agreementsRecord payroll metrics. Escalate issues and actively engage in continuous improvementMaintain supporting payroll documentations and authorizations for internal and external auditsResponsible for general ledger postingsProvide Tier 2 support for employees and managers on payroll matterResponsible for year-end activitiesEnsure timely and accurate funding and disbursement of salariesHandle payments / invoice submission and other payroll related assignmentsResponsible for meeting the pre-determined payroll metrics and compliance requirementsProvide support on payroll related projects and initiatives, as required Who You Will Work With

End-to-end payroll knowledge, including payroll inputs, calculations, statutory deductions, reconciliations, funding, reporting and post-payroll activities across multi-country payroll environmentsHighly organized and self-motivated, with the ability to manage payroll deadlines, competing priorities and sensitive employee data with accuracy and discretionAble to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while maintaining strong attention to detail, a customer-focused mindset and a high standard of resultsAbility to effectively communicate moderately complex topics to stakeholdersSophisticated research, analytical, technical and problem-solving skillsRelevant experience in payroll within an HR shared services environment, with exposure to multi-country payrolls required. Experience with the Netherlands and France is a plus.Good understanding and knowledge of in-country payroll and statutory complianceStrong Excel skills, with the ability to manage, analyze and reconcile payroll data accuratelyPayroll accounting knowledge is highly desirableHands-on experience with HR, time and payroll software/system, e.g. SAP, Workday, GlobalView, SDWorx Please note that relocation support is not available for this role, so we encourage applications from candidates who are already based within commuting distance of the role location.
