About the Team The Merchant Growth team manages the incubation journey for high potential sellers within TikTok E-commerce EU. As an integral part of the team you'll take ownership of designing effective outreach programs, growth work-streams, thus empowering our merchants to grow and scale their business. This role is suited either for an experienced Operations Manager, Program Manager or Project Manager, with e-commerce experience or in management consulting, analytics field.
Responsibilities - Lead end-to-end incubation operations for high-potential partners, including onboarding, launch planning, performance acceleration, and ongoing success on the platform. - Own the strategy and execution to increase the number of active sales partners and drive high-quality partner growth for TikTok Commerce, including developing lifecycle incubation plans and optimising growth levers through various proof-of-concept (POC) initiatives. - Act as the key point of contact for senior and cross-functional stakeholders, leading high-level strategic discussions, aligning priorities, and driving decision-making to achieve business growth and incubation targets. - Identify scalable growth opportunities and design/roll out programs to improve partner performance (e.g., video/LIVE challenges, lifecycle email campaigns, enablement initiatives). - Conduct deep-dive analyses to understand partner segments, diagnose performance blockers, and surface root causes using data analysis, partner interviews, and surveys; translate insights into actionable product and process improvements. - Design and manage partner communication channels (Lark groups, IM, etc.) to run mass account management activities including forecasting, troubleshooting, partner education, and incubation program delivery. - Capture, document, and share learnings to establish best practices, influence internal and external stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement across incubation and partner growth programs.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or above, with 3+ years of experience in mass account management or partner incubation; proven track record managing hundreds of partners at scale. - Fluent in English and French due to working and speaking directly with partners, strong understanding of e-commerce market, consumer behaviour, and digital/mobile commerce trends. - Strong analytical skills and business judgment; able to turn complex data into clear opportunities and action plans. - Advanced Excel proficiency, including building and auditing formulas (e.g., XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, IF/IFS, SUMIFS/COUNTIFS) and working with large datasets. - Results-driven with strong ownership and accountability.
