In Group Technology, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels. Responsibilities
• Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for the Maintenance of Titles (MOT) process, providing guidance and support to the team • Ensure accurate and timely processing of MOT-related tasks, including title searches, title updates, and title issuance • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as legal and operations teams, to address complex MOT-related issues • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation and training materials for the MOT process • Continuously monitor and analyze MOT-related data to identify areas for process improvement • Provide training and mentorship to the MOT team to enhance their skills and knowledge Requirements
