About this role
• Do training (with excellent facilitation and training skills) including soft sales skills to hard skills of product knowledge of deposits, loans, investment and insurance, sales process, system usage, and timely up-dating planning program • Undertake assessment of middle managers against agreed standards of competence as appropriate; Identify needs/issues and work out/ training course, deliver training/coaching to group and individual, • Plan and design training and development sessions, which clearly define learning needs, and include appropriate learning methods • Encourage individual learning through clear communication of learning points, the use of appropriate facilitation style and effective use of learning aids during the session. • Work with Product Management, Franchise & Distribution and Business & Support team to work out coaching and training curriculums for manager development and training delivery. • Provide tailor-made training or seminars in order to assist sales growth. Being seminar speaker and host is required if it fits the sales plan. • Compliance of own self with physical and information security standards. • Provide regular and timely feedback to product team on customer acceptability on new products, services and sales issues. • Implement best practice across bank including products, sales process, training & systems. Support portfolio management: UT/ T&M/ Banca balance mix of CIIP revenue
• Ensure the sales skills of the responsible branches to attain required professional sales and service standard. • Improve turnover rate of the new staff (vintage<6 months) Education and Relevant Experience (What minimum qualification does the job require?)
• Bachelor or above with major in management, business or others. • Qualification of CFP is preferable. • At least three years and above of working experience in training and coaching. • Have good understanding of CB products and operations, best to have at least 3 years RM or Branch operations experience Functional / Technical Competencies (What competencies do the job require?)
• Excellent communication skills & influencing skills. • Ability to guide individual towards achieving the team's goals. • Good sense & oversight on risk awareness. • Strong team player. • High degree of personal accountability and reliability. • Compliance and Discipline. • Excellent coaching skill • Proficiency in MS Office Ability to conduct presentation to an audience is a must.
