About this role
Reports to: Site Director, Assistant Site Directors Supervises: All Site Personnel Primary Location: Virtual Campus / Online Qualifications: Master's Degree or higher. Valid Georgia leadership certification required. Success and experience with a virtual learning environment preferred. This position requires availability from 4:00pm – 9:00pm. Job Responsibilities:
• Organize online scheduling for all content-area testing.
• Manage testing room, including appointments, students, and examiners.
• Ensure proper implementation of testing accommodations in accordance with IEPs / 504s / TPCs.
• Determine and implement effective measures for improving student performance on post-tests.
• Assist with the planning, organizing, and directing of the implementation of site activities.
• Assist with supervision of employees and students.
• Orient newly assigned staff members and assist in their development as instructors.
• Communicate with parents and guardians as necessary.
• Assist with the monitoring of student progress, and notify the site director and other appropriate individuals when progress is behind the anticipated schedule.
• Prepare or supervise the preparation of reports, records, lists, and all other paperwork required or appropriate to the site's administration.
• Participate in the advisement program by serving as advisor to a small group of students.
• Other duties as assigned.
