Date Posted: July 21st, 2026 The Wayne County Schools Career Center Adult Community Education is accepting applications for the position of: DIPLOMA RN NURSING PROGRAM CLINICAL INSTRUCTOR Starting Date: To be determined Salary: Appropriate step on the salary schedule Reports to: Lorie Rodgers, MSN, RN Work Week/Year: Practical Nursing Program Manager & Diploma RN Clinical Coordinator Casual year-round position in a hospital or LTC setting. Clinical days, location and hours vary. Qualifications:
• Current, valid, unrestricted Ohio nursing license and five years of nursing experience.
Requirements:
• A valid teaching license/certificate covering the area of assignment issued by the Ohio Department of Education and any additional qualifications required by the Wayne County Schools Career Center Board of Education.
• BCI and FBI criminal records results less than one-year old must be submitted prior to initial employment and as required thereafter.
• Current, valid, unrestricted Ohio nursing license and five years of nursing experience.
• Work independently with minimal direction.
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers.
• Maintain a high level of ethical behavior and confidentiality when dealing with student and staff information.
• Act as an ambassador for the Wayne County Joint Vocational School District.
