About this role
The Senior Lifeguard is responsible for:
• Leads pool safety
• Helps supervise other lifeguards
• Makes schedule and helps run group swimming lessons
• Maintains and enforces lifeguard standards
• Ensuring the safety of patrons including accident prevention in the water and on surrounding areas
• The rescue and care of accident victims
