About this role
Individuals who do not have a valid Florida educator certificate must obtain an Athletic Coaching K-12 certification from the Florida Department of Education to be eligible for paid coaching positions in public schools. All coaches are required to hold valid First Aid/CPR/AED certification from the American Heart Association. High school Head Varsity Coaches are paid a supplement of $4200.00 at the end of the season.
