Part Time IT Technician I Under the direction of the Information Technology Supervisor, assist in IT Dept. as needed.
• Installs, maintains, and upgrades computer hardware, software, peripherals, software and other technology equipment.
• Works independently and collaborates electronically in real or near real time with department staff.
• Troubleshoots hardware/software problems for computers as well as peripherals and other equipment.
• Provides excellent and efficient first-level technical support using the district help desk system.
• 27.5 hours/week
• $19.13/hour
