2026-2027 FALL COACHING POSITION: Assistant Coach Boys Soccer Portsmouth Middle School Fall Season Dates: Approximately: August 24, 2026 - November 1, 2026 (potential extension) 1.Assistant Coach - Boys Soccer $1,575 Stipend Eligible candidates will have the following coaching certifications (Please attach all certifications to your SchoolSpring application): 1. NFHS Fundamentals of Coaching (includes RIIL Rules and Regulations Test) 2. Valid First Aid (renew every 2 years) 3. Valid CPR (renew every 2 years) - IN PERSON ONLY 4. NFHS Concussion (renew annually) 5. NFHS Sudden Cardiac Arrest (renew annually) 6. NFHS Protecting Students from Abuse *NFHS courses can be found at https://nfhslearn.com Terms: All coaching positions are by annual appointment
Upon being selected for recommendation additional information and trainings will be required of candidates: 1. W-4 Federal Form (Once while continuously employed) 2. I-9 Federal Form (Once while continuously employed) 3. National BCI (Once while continuously employed) 4. PSD Coaching Code of Conduct (renewed annually) 5. Safe Schools Athletics Liability (renewed annually) 6. Safe Schools Mental Health (renewed annually) 7. Safe Schools Suicide Awareness & Prevention (renewed annually): Additional Requirements: - Coaching Experience - Letter of Intent - Two (2) recent professional references that speak to your professional skills, character, initiative, work ethic, and general abilities related to this position.
