About this role
Provide the efficient delivery and handling of food and supplies to all designated locations within the School District. Pick up food, supplies and equipment from locations outside the district as needed. Responsibilities include that of verifying stock; identifying losses; transporting orders over designated routes; ensuring safe operation of vehicles; loading and unloading orders and identifying problems with equipment. Maintain storage areas to comply with current health standards. Maintenance and custodial duties as assigned. This position reports to the Director of Maintenance and Food Services Department. Qualifications: * High School graduate or equivalent. * Previous job related experience preferred. * Physical capacity to perform all assigned duties with the ability to stand for long periods of time and the ability to lift 50 lbs several times during the day. * Must have a valid PA driver's license. * 12 months, full-time, 8.5 hours per day (including a 1/2 hour unpaid lunch)
* Hours 6:30 am to 3:00 pm * $29.22 per hour
