TITLE: Maintenance Staff QUALIFICATIONS:
• MS Driver's License
• Prior experience in facility maintenance is essential
• Such alternative to the above qualifications as the Board may find appropriate and acceptable
TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: Salary and work year to be established by the School Board REPORTS TO: Director of Maintenance JOB GOALS: To ensure the safe operation and maintenance of school district equipment. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Such duties as may be assigned, including but not limited to, the following:
• Install, repair, and maintain electrical, mechanical, and plumbing components in proper working order throughout the District
• Comply with all acceptable standards and codes set for the industry
• Check, adjust, and make minor repairs to heating, cooling systems, and cafeteria equipment
• Perform electrical repairs that include: ballasts, switches, fuses, plugs, and gauges
• Maintain all equipment assigned individually in a good and proper working condition
• Follows all board policies and procedures
• Maintains regular attendance and is punctual
• Promotes the district's vision, mission, and goals
• Performs other duties as assigned by the Director of Maintenance
