POSITION:
• Flex Custodian
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Successful completion of BCI & FBI background checks.
• Negative pre-employment drug screen.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous custodial or grounds maintenance experience preferred.
• Ability to operate cleaning and landscaping equipment.
• Basic knowledge of safety procedures and chemical handling.
• Ability to follow directions and work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
• Demonstrate professionalism and the ability to work effectively with staff, students, and the administration.
• Must be able to demonstrate the ability to use most common hand tools
• Willing and able to carry out the duties of the Job Description
