Salary: Assigned 2026 - 2027 Annual Supplement: $1,400.00 Location: Hartsville Middle School
Available: 2026 - 2027 School Year *A negative TB test must be on file prior to starting work
Qualifications:
• Valid South Carolina teaching credential preferred • Secondary certification preferred • Strong communication and leadership skills • Experience at the middle/high school level in motivating and developing a championship level program • This position may include teaching responsibilities Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Board may find appropriate and acceptable

• Demonstrate a visible commitment to student athletes, community, and instructional leadership while promoting positive character and school spirit • Have experience and innovative ideas in and out of season (in compliance with SC High School League regulations) regarding the softball program • Demonstrate the ability to motivate, relate, work with, and maximize the individual potential of high school students on and off the field • Demonstrate high energy and be able to work well with others A complete application packet must be submitted through the online application system prior to the closing date in order to be considered for this position.
