About this role
QUALIFICATIONS: Must have specialized knowledge of maintenance work, including construction, carpentry, masonry, heavy equipment operation, plumbing, electrical, concrete, asphalt, heating and air conditioning and locksmith capabilities. CDL license preferred but not required. Experience in providing oversight into construction projects.
