About this role
Responsibilities include supervising elementary and middle school students during lunch and recess periods. (Hours: 2 hours per day/up to 5 days per week) QUALIFICATIONS:
• High School or GED diploma;
• Bilingual helpful but not required (Eng/Span);
• Considerable patience and demonstrated skills in working with children;
• Ability to effectively communicate with students, staff and others;
• Satisfactory health status as certified by a physician;
• Required criminal history background check and proof of U.S. citizenship or legal resident alien status.
Wage or Salary Information Non-Certified Staff – Lunch Aid - Hourly $ 17.50 Benefits Information Enrollment in DCRP (Defined Contribution Retirement Program) through NJ Department of Pensions and Benefits Ten Paid Sick days are given annually.
