Essex North Shore is seeking an MTSS Interventionist. The MTSS Interventionist is a specialized support position responsible for delivering, coordinating, and monitoring evidence-based interventions within Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS) frameworks. This position provides direct intervention services to students, coaches school teams in intervention implementation, and supports data-based decision-making processes. The interventionist works collaboratively with teachers, counselors, school nurses, administrators, and support staff to ensure students receive timely, targeted academic, behavioral, and social-emotional interventions within inclusive learning environments. CORI, SAFIS, and SORI required. Bilingual preferred. Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Special Education, School Psychology, Speech-Language Pathology, or a related field.
• DESE licensure.
• Demonstrated knowledge of evidence-based academic and/or behavioral intervention practices.
• Proficiency in administering and interpreting assessment data, including progress monitoring assessments.
• Strong understanding of MTSS frameworks, RTI processes, and tiered intervention models.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse educators, families, and community members.
• Ability to manage multiple students and priorities while maintaining detailed records.
