POSITION TITLE: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) QUALIFICATIONS
• National Board-Certified Behavior Analyst Certification OR PA-Issed Behavior Specialist License
• Master's Degree in Applied Behaior Analysis, Psychology, Education or related field
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBA) and skills assessments.
• Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention and skill acquisition programs.
• Collect and analyze behavioral data to guide treatment decisions.
• Supervise and provide feedback to RBTs, Behavior Technicians, and other support staff.
• Train staff, families, and educators in ABA strategies and data collection.
• Collaborate with families, teachers, and multidisciplinary teams to support client goals.
• Participate in IEP meetings and treatment team planning.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation and progress reports in accordance with agency and state requirements.
• Ensure compliance with BACB Ethics Code, HIPAA/FERPA, and Pennsylvania DHS/PDE regulations.
• Develop and oversee crisis intervention and safety plans.
• Promote skill generalization and positive behavior change across home, school, and community settings.
