Assess the health needs of students; develop emergency care plans and individual health plans; provide appropriate care for ill, medically fragile and/or injured students; provide health information and serve as a resource to teachers, staff, and administrators; identify health problems for referral / proper treatment; utilize local, state, and federal resources.
