The job As a Head Waiter/Waitress, your are responsible for the efficient and friendly manner of serving our guests and ensuring that our guests are experiencing an incredible time. Our Head Waiter is aware of all the guests' requests and you make sure that each request is being handled promptly and effectively. You oversee all the sections in the restaurant and are able to make sure all our guests are being served with high quality. Ultimately, you'll ensure that we provide excellent guest service and a pleasant dining experience to our guests, always with a smile. For this role, you should be people skilled and motivated to make sure our guests have an unforgettable dining experience from the moment they arrive until their departure.
