Job Title: BIM/VDC Manager
Location: On-site in our Neosho, Missouri headquarters
The Opportunity
Branco Enterprises is expanding its use of Building Information Modeling (BIM) and Virtual Design & Construction (VDC) technologies to improve project coordination, constructability, and project delivery. This individual-contributor position provides technical leadership through expertise and influence.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead BIM/VDC coordination using Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD and related tools.
• Support project managers, superintendents, architects, engineers and trade partners.
• Perform clash detection, constructability reviews and model coordination.
• Promote BIM/VDC best practices across projects.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, architectural engineering, or a related field preferred. An equivalent combination of relevant education, technical training, certifications, and experience will be considered.
• 5 or more years of progressively responsible BIM/VDC, design coordination, construction technology, or closely related AEC experience preferred.
• Commercial construction experience, including coordination among architectural, structural, civil, and MEP disciplines, strongly preferred.
• Strong proficiency with Autodesk Revit and Navisworks required; experience with AutoCAD and other Autodesk AEC Collection applications preferred.
• Experience with clash detection, model federation, issue tracking, coordination documentation, and model-based construction workflows.
• Working knowledge of construction means and methods, sequencing, constructability, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, civil, and MEP plans and specifications.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
