📍 Location: Lutz, FL 🌙 Shift: 12-Hour Night Shift | 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM 💲 Pay: $15.00–$19.00 per hour (Based on experience and certification)
📅 Requirements
✔ Part-time work two days a week and every other weekend ✔ Full-time work three days a week and every other weekend ✔ Opportunity to pick up additional shifts based on availability
💙 What You'll Do
✅ Assist individuals with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, toileting, and mobility
✅ Provide compassionate, person-centered care to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, including those with higher-acuity needs
✅ Monitor and report changes in condition to the nursing team
✅ Complete accurate documentation and maintain confidentiality
✅ Help create a safe, clean, and comfortable home environment
✅ Qualifications
✔ Minimum 2 years of exp in acute care, rehabilitation, skilled nursing, long-term care, or a related healthcare setting
✔ Experience supporting individuals with higher-acuity needs preferred
✔ Current BLS/CPR and First Aid Certification (American Heart Association or American Red Cross)
✔ Excellent communication, teamwork, and documentation skills
✔ Ability to safely lift, transfer, and assist individuals up to 50 pounds
✔ Must successfully pass an AHCA Level 2 Background Screening
