Responsibilities: Provide first-line technical support to customers via telephone and email.Investigate and diagnose customer issues.Troubleshoot fleet management and telematics systems.Manage support tickets through to resolution.Liaise with suppliers where technical assistance is required.Raise engineer jobs and arrange appointments where necessary.Monitor customer accounts and identify recurring issues.Produce reports and assist customers with system queries.Learn and maintain knowledge across multiple technology platforms.Assist with onboarding new customers.Set up customer accounts, user permissions and system configuration.Configure customer reports and databases.Support customer training sessions.Schedule project meetings and customer calls.Provide holiday and absence cover for the Customer Success team to ensure a seamless customer experience.Support project rollouts from initial setup through to completion.Keep customer records accurate and up to date.Work closely with our Operations, Installations and Engineering teams.Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and internal processes.
